Who has a spare Lambo engine as a just in case, but as a spectical, it would be good to see the Lambo, even here in WA.
You hear all sorts of rumours but i think he has a couple of spare cars.... There is a press release saying it was a brand new engine that had done 120 km's but they are going to put the engine back in that won high country and wrest point. Supposedly it was a 'bit smokey' but whitey is very good at foxing. Either way to get the thing throguh 600 competitive and 1600 liasion k's will be a serious effort. Especially if it stays dry and / the audi or gtrs can get close enough to put some pressure on. Brendon |

Brendon
There WAS a spare car, it has now been sold (its the old car pre fire at buller) Thommo bought it (the guy that owns the monaro that yt ran at rally calder and also owns the aston that crashed there)! As far as the scruitineering goes they will accomodate anyone if you ask the right person, from what i read on the THC thread and here it sounds like you have sour grapes towards yt just because his uncle has coin (jason certainly doesn't)! you need to get over it, you will never compete against jason with the combination of him being the best driver in the country (in just about any discipline) and uncle John paying the bills it is a combination that is set to win, just run your own race and don't let this stuff get in your head! |
Good luck and stay safe.

Prologue all done and dusted - new format this year with what used to be the 1st stage of the event being part of prologue then only 1 run through Georgetown.
Quite interesting as normally we run Lilydale at 50% commitment as it is very easy to clear the base time. This year being part of prologue ram through about 70% and it is quite a tricky stage. Anyway we are 21st without trying too hard for a start tomorrow Tried to upload pics via tapatalk so no idea if they work or not |
