car dealerships will tell you average is 20-25km a year "oh but we do more kms than eastern state cars" etc. 15-20 is a good margin, but as long as the car has regular service history it shouldn't be a problem. When i bought my last liberty it was 5 years old but only had 78K on it, and i added around 10 in 6 months.
If your looking at buying a car in the 90-110K range, make sure its had the 100,000km service done, or negotiate the cost of it into the deal as it will set you back at least $1000 on a scooby (timing belt, plugs etc)

If the car has had the MAJOR service done, which is expensive, id most likley take it. Would have had the timing belts changed, all the oils, all the other belts replaced etc. If it doesnt have service warranty, look elsewhere.
I got my MY00 WRX with 67000km on the clock. Not bad for a 2000 but most 2000's have 100,000km+ on the clock.
