Default Gearbox Question

Im Buying a 00wrx jap spec box with 4.1diff is this a straight swap into a my00 gf8 wagon or do i have to make other changes to fit this gearbox?
your opinions would be gratefully appreciated

3.54, but if you got the diff with it, its a straight swap.

SO do i need to change the rear diff cause they are offering me a rear diff to suit aswell
