Default 1st Dyno Power Run

Hey guys thought I would share my cars first dyno power run @ 12 Psi. (Limited because Sean recons there might be a problem with boost control - Spiking Dangerously) have to wait to find the problem then run more boost!

Looks like your setups gonna produce 360-378 at hubs on ~20-22psi. based on your 12psi chart.

I notice the chart only goes to 7000. But u might like to set the revlimit at 7500.... mines been at that for ages and although you dont make more power past 7000 on the 2.5 u seem to get more of a slingshot into the next gear as your revs drop better into the powerband from 7.5 than 7 with a big ass single like that.

Plus with your uber cams and head your going to be holding much more power to redline anyway... so dont worry about 7.5k revlimit..... my 2.5's had it for ages and ages and hasnt broken. If yours is built right it wont be a problem. only the shit ones with shit clearances pop with more than 6500 limits.

I am hoping for around 450-500hp but I am more keen on BIG torque. Soon as we find the problem with the boost controller Sean's going to give 1.6 bar ago and see how she goes. If no dramas we going to push it more. But safety first. Main purpose was to try and build a 2.5 that will last and pull like a freight train.

Seans leaving it at 7000rpm for now, only done 850km's, but I think we are going to take it to 7500-8.
