Wierd noise from suspension
Guy's, I've got an 06 WRX and lately I have noticed a noise coming from the front of the car. It's hard to describe but sounds like a sort of creak / metal against metal sound. It usually happens when I am going over a bumpy road, or am in first or second and idling along, and the car jolts a bit. I can't work out what it is... My thoughts are either engine / gearbox mount or the ALK??? Does anyone have any other ideas what it may be and how to fix it?

steering wheel doesn't vibrate. I've got lovell's lowered springs. I'll check the bushings... I am hoping it will be something simple like that.
