wrx wont go
hey guys do we have some brainy people out there just driving home from picking young bloke up from taekwondo and my rex 95 model just died i got it started again but wouldnt rev then it stopped it started again a couple of times but only for a second now it wont go at all i was told it could be air flow meter but i thought it sounds more like a fuel pump when i turn on the key i cant hear the fuel pump at all any help would be great and if it is fuel pump does any one have a good second handy cheers dave

you should hear the fuel pump prime when you turn the key to the ON position without actually starting the car. If you dont hear anything. Check the relays and fuses for the fuel pump before you replace it.

yeah my mate had the same thing it was the wiring to the fuel pump though

yeah I would go with the wiring on the fuel pump, my car had a similar issue, was losing power, causing the car to stall, or not even turn on.
Is the car throwing a CEL code? |
