My Project!!
- EDITED ON THE 26TH OF NOVEMBER, 2007 - Hey Guys, 26/11/07 Ok firstly a big thanks to sean and nick and the boys at ASG, got my car tuned today, and pulled 252hp/atw which i am absolutely stoked with....thanks. had to drive home without no front bumper, no headlights, space saver on the front right and a tyre with a bubble on the back right also....was quite exciting lol was pulled over by police on tonkin who were just amused and curious....all good though so yeah a big thanks to the boys at ASG! 30/08/07 well the worst news any of us could have i have received. a coulpe of weeks back my car came to a stop, switched itself off and had no compression on restart. It looks like the car leaned out to such an extent that it melted one of spark plugs in half and therefore led to a melted piston. So my motor is pretty dead. I have looked back and can only accuse my tbe and larger tmic as the causes for the changes in air / fuel ratio. I did not have an aftermarket ecu to be able to retune after every mod, which was a silly mistake. I never upped the boost. I knew 520km/tank sounded to good Also i am to blame because i took a few shortcuts when modifying my subaru, for example i would take my car to get serviced at the locl mechanic, i would do some dodgy part installs myself with my very limited knowledge. So i have decided that now i have to do things properly and not take any shortcuts even if it means spending and extra $50 bux So Now i have chosen that instead of spending bulk dollard on an EJ207 motor (as i dont have funds). I am going for a second-hand EJ205 from a 99 WRX with only 33,000 km's. I am aiming for around about 200kw atw... My soon to be Setup is as Follows Parts i Have Already * 2nd Hand EJ205 complete motor * VF23 turbo * Straight thru Decatted Turbo Back Exhaust * Silicone Intake with short fat bit * Complete Silicone Radiator Hose Kit * Brand New Power FC ECU * 02 STi Intercooler * Standard 440cc Injectors * Walbro 500hp fuel pump * Ceramic coating * MAC 3 Port Boost Solenoid * Nissan ZX AFM My aim for my ride is approximately 200kw atw. Fingers Crossed. I have elected ASG to do all the important Bits (Will give you guys a call soon ) Thanks guys let me know ur opinion

yeh got one forgot to mention that actually making a custom box for pod with a scoop for the vent above....so air goes directly in...

Don't think they can Verso you car, not a supported model. Should be able to get 160 out of it i reckon.
I run a TD04 @ 17.5psi, TBE, CAI, Silicone Intake, STi TMIC and make 165. I would suspect that your limiting factor at this stage is that you don't have a full 3" TBE, only the dump, which will give *some* again. You will need some kind of Engine Management/ECU upgrade though i reckon.

around 150kw atw should be achievable. the operative word being should. I make that figure with a full 3" system and link.. nothing else. CAI should be just as effective if not more than my waterspray.
