It appears that Ive done the smartest thing possible and purchased a 3.9 ratio Aussie 01 box

This is great and all, except for the fact I run 4.11 ratios.

What are my options? Changing diff ratios?

it would be easier to buy a complete 3.54 rear diff rather then modify the diff itself.

And wouldnt I be chasing a 3.9 diff?

stock 01 box comes with a 1:1.1 centre diff, meaning the rear diff has a final drive of 3.54, if you had a 12 kg centre or DCCD, they have a 1:1 centre which would allow you to use a 3.9 rear diff.
