Default weird noise / vibration

hey all. my99 has done 130k's... something new has just started 2 happen, wen i take of in 1st there is a noise/vibration that i can hear and feel on the accelerator.. this doesnt happen all the time and tends 2 go away as i accelerate, and its not only in 1st gear that it does this... i know its probably something bad.. some1 told me that it might be the hydrolic lifters... but any idea as 2 wat it might be would help...
thanks guys..

Could be hydraulic lifters. Blocked oil feeds in them or ones that have collapsed. Long shot though ;/
