Default Some advice please

Hey All,

im after some advice on 2 thigns im interested in doing to my rex.

Firstly im looking at putting a front mount intercooler on.
second is a cold air intake.

my car has a 3" turbo back exhaust.

is there anything that i need to be careful of, should avoid or need to do? (besides a probable retune after)

Im a newbie so go easy on me please

What are you hoping to achieve?

Have a look at www.processwest.com.au for the both of them. PW FMIC's fit well.

As ive said to you previously Rob, first thing you need to do is find out exactly what the previous owner "re-mapped" the ecu with, then the knowledgable folk on here can point you in the right direction.

And then as Vyper has said, set out what you wanna acheive power-wise.

I rekon he wants it to look as bling as possible. With a loss of throttle response but the ability to brag about big KW

I suggest some gold powdercoating!!!!

You will get zero gains (basically) on the GD without a tune.

Check what goals you want then mod accordingly.
