hello just took my car to RMS got a autronic fitted to my car.. leigh did a great job... on the bosch dyno i got 255kw at the engine at 7000 1/min vmax 260km/h
200 kw at the wheels...
the mods i have are vf23 turbo,front mount intercooler, 400 fuel pump, i think i have standard injectors.blow off vavle and a autronic .. 3' exhaust , some work has been done to the motor but not sure... running 4.444 drive line..
what size turbo and injectors should i get to get more power.. any advice would be great thanks...

how much power are you actually chasing? And what model WRX do you actually have? Judging by your 4.444 final drive box, its either a 02-06 WRX or 97-00 STI?

hmmm not on that engine for long...

ud need a big sucker turbo like a FPgreen at least. then ull prolly make around 240 kw atw on pump running 1.5bar which im sure ur 2.0ltr will die from.. hahha

Ull need a FMIC, 550 cc injectors as a min, an intank pump and a retune..

Cost:

2.5 gs for turbo plus 500 to fit
1000 injectors fitted
1000 retune...

How much boost?

If your injectors are out of fuel, you can probably make more power by swapping them and running more boost...but I doubt it.

the mod i have done to the car is
Hyperflow Front Mount Intercooler 660 x 230 x 90mm
Custom S/S Intercooler piping
IHI VF23 Turbo
Walbro 550hp Fuel Pump
Blitz Blow off valve
APS Cold Air intake Guard mounted install / K&N Airfilter
3' exhaust from the turbo.
4.444 ratio gearbox and diff.
the boost is set at 1.5 at the moment...

Why do you want 250kW ATW?

Personally a goal of a faster time at Wanners/Collie/AHG/Drags would be better than a dyno sheet.

just a rough idea.. all i need now is a bigger turbo .. so thats why i am asking you guys with the mods i have which will be best suit my car.. thats all..
maybe i only get 220kw at the wheels ..

..and the reason you didn't ask Leigh for advice was?....
