I've heard Tony Rigoli Performance do a re-drill of existing sidefeeds injectors for extra flow on an exchange basis. May be worth giving them a ring.

Pls report back....

An email was sent before I posted this...lets see how they go for customer service

As for a standard 15% drivetrain loss I disagree. DT Loss is fixed for the same drivetrain pushing 200hp or 400hp. I calculate it as 50hp on a WRX by rule of thumb. It's not far off.
Thanks for the feedback guys, so in summary:
Yes 850cc will do it but will 740 or 650? Lets see 400hp is about 300kw afw...or 260 ish atw.
Found this calculator: deatschwerks calculator using 400hp at 0.5 BSFC @ 85%idc = 617.6 cc/min
So 650cc will do...
or 741.2 cc/min at a BSFC of 0.6 and idc <85%

Ok wtf is BSFC as I have NFI

Here's the feedback from Sam Rigoli confirming they can hi flow the yellow top 440cc side feed injectors :

Hi Morgan,
Yes we can hi flow them. The hi flowed ones can support up to 500hp. To do the four injectors your looking at $520.

Regards,

Sam Rigoli

$520 is a bit rich. Might as well buy some injectors of what ever flow you need and then sell off the old ones.
