Check your owner's manual/service book. All listed in there. Should have a checklist which walks you through what needs to be done at what intervals.

Edit: Also, I have Motul Chrono 300V 10W-50 in bulk, and don't require it all. Let me know if you need any - I got it for $20 / litre - You can have whatever you need for the same price.

I'm running with 300V Chrono at the moment - I thought it was 10w40?

Very impressed with this oil.

Either 10W-40, or 50. Depending on your use - 40 is probably more suited to your car if it is a lightly moded daily.

I would stick with this good Oil - yes Motul 300V Chrono 10w40 - especially if you have a modded WRX/STi.

http://www.motul.com.au/product_line...4stroke03.html

DON'T put the Motul Turbolight 10w40 in a mildly modded WRX/STI.!!!!!

Consult you service book however on the intervals, changing when not needed will be a waste of $$$$

I bought 25L drum so if you have your old bottles lying around, I can fill them up for you. Otherwise, I'm sure I have something.

The oil is 300V 10W-50, however.
