Default 2005 LGT dump pipe question?

Anyone know what type of twinscroll turbo was used on the circa '05 Liberty GT 2.0T. If so do you know if the dump pipe flange of this turbo is the same as any other subaru twin scroll. Trying to clarify what to get for a dump pipe.

Any help appreciated.

Jme

They run a IHI VF38 which has a 2 bolt flange outlet on the compressor housing, I am not 100% sure if the exhaust flange is the same as the Impreza twinscroll, but there might be a good chance that it is differant as the up pipe and turbo support brackets are not the same.

Michael South (Rexnet) does a dump for the Vf36/37 twin scrolls, this will also fit your shiny new GT2835, I know as this is what I'm running on my car..

cheers

Only JDM STI`s and spec c`s get TS turbo`s(37, 36) so thats the only place you`ll find the correct dump pipe ....

Tha factory dump uses a cast bell mouth section like this ;

Thanks again lads, its jdm spec coming from HKS direct, apparently there is a dump pipe suited for the 2835 and the BL chassis code.

VF38 pics below. VF38 is different to the Spec C twinscroll turbos at both the up pipe and the exhaust housing, from what i can tell. I can only assume its also wildy different to your turbo
