Default Cold Air Intake & Silicon Hose Kits

Hi guys... I need some help

I've got an MY04 WRX and I want to get rid of the factory intake and box filter and replace it with a complete cold air intake kit.

What should I go for???

Also want to replace all the standard ancillary and radiator hoses with BLUE or RED ones.

Where can I get these???

Any advice would be appreciated.

+1 for a APS CAI

Awesome unit, does the job well, sits in the inner guard. I have one of these (65MM Version) which is the OEM intake diameter, so a retune isn't required.

Sounds fookin good too!

How much did the APS kit set you back?

Where did you get it from?

I was online looking at the K&N Cold Air Intakes as well

http://www.knfilters.com/search/prod...Prod=69-8000TB

Do you know anything about them or if anyone is running them?

I got my APS CAI second hand for $250 with a K&N Pod Filter on the end of it. Brand new they can be a little pricey, but they are a quality unit.

Do a search through here, Rexnet and Ebay, they come up for sale every now and then. If you do not end up getting one of these intakes, the important thing to remember is that whichever one you go for, you need to make sure it's 65MM in diameter, otherwise it will throw the AFM off, and subsequently you'll be running lean, which is not good!

This site has most of the stuff you need, fast delivery & seem to be very good products, they actually sell them in Japan for twice the price, just go into their shop, buy from their US auction & offer about 15% less than they are asking.
