Default Front diff

Quick query

Are the front diffs for GD (5MT) compatible with GCs?

Yes the front diff is identical for GC and GD 5 speed. As long as you get the correct ratio.
The 6 speed is different of course.

a front diff for a GD (bug eye series, non STi) would be ok in an RA box, yes?

i thought it was only the rear ratios that need to match

the diff is seperate to the crownwheel and pinion

most GD front diffs are open still, its only limited edition RA's that had 1 way LSD's
