Default autowatch

I have a autowatch alarm system has built in turbo timer?

Now i want to disable the turbo timer part does any body know if this is possible . As i never use it and i think its giving me hassels.

I notice some times when i have been listening to the stereo system for a while (engine off) but ign on, i take key out and it doesnt shut off automatically, now becuase the engine isnt running.
i dont take notice and it has been on for some time.
so i have to press the button on remote to cut it.

now i would like to disable the feature completly in the alarm but have no idea how any body else know ? it must be a programing feature i dont know.

The guy who installed it is a dick so dont want to go back to him ill ring another company tomorrow but was hoping some one might know how
Tim

Hey Tim try Alberts in Cannington go and speak to Pete (sales)or Simmo (the installer) just let them know that you want to disable the TT and they should just flick one of the cells inside the blackbox to turn it off or if you have an older one then they will change some of the wiring and cut it out of the picture.

Cheers Phil

yeh Tim you can, just a matter of switching the function off. Take it to Audiocom in Joondalup and speak to Al. Tell him I sent you and he'll sort you out.

The Super Charged batteries are good, Odyssey batteries are good as well.

In regards to the TT, it must shutdown the entire vehicle after a predetermined amount of time right...like 1 min???

I would be putting it down to an old battery...how long have you had the existing battery for?? the life span of most of them is around 5 years if your lucky.
