Default Nasty Cracking Noise!!!!!!

Hey all about a month ago i hit a curb of course it wasnt my fault the curb came out infornt of me :P anyways ive fixed most of thre damage new control arm, strut for the damaged side and wheels straightened and just to make sure everything was running a o k i took it to subaru wangara and two suspension places who found no real problem with the suspension and they couldnt determine what was causing the cracking noise i here every morning at five am when im leaving to work. The only thing that ive narrowed it down to is that i havnt fixed the c west skirt and a mate brought it to my attention saying that it could be that the fibreglass is rubbing against it self ??? any theorys about this or helpfull hints would be much appreciated

cheers craig
