ah ok, i'm using cable ties at the moment too.

how about the nut on the damper top, how tight should those be? anyone?

I just made sure it was tight enough that it wasnt gonne loosen by itself

I had exactly the same problem front right and the hr series, i put more pretension on the spring and that helped it but i do still get it now and then but its a lot more rare. I found that it most affected it when it was a cold morning.

Thankyou guys for the feedback, maybe i'll try loosen the nut and increase the pretension abit and see what happens, will post updates. thanks again.
