Radiator has small crack (1 inch long) and pin holes and was told it couldn't be repaired?, iam lead to believe the radiator is out of a subaru leone and has been modified to suit the 94 wrx motor.

To buy the same radiator and mod to suit is going to cost $570 was told armadale radiators could make a aluminium one to suit for around $650. If anyone has delt with them or knows of someone else that could help would be great.

If the crack is in the plastic endtanks you can get a radiator specialist to replace the endtanks and o-rings for around $200-$250.

otherwise you can usually pickup a complete secondhand radiator for less than $200 to suit a 94 WRX
