Default What could it be now?

Well, I replaced my radiator, and replaced thermostat.

Seem's all thats left is water pump or head gasket. Is there any symptoms as to why it could be either of these?

The only things I can think of that might give people a reason to believe are that it still takes a little while to warm up and it also feels like it struggles to get past 3rpm then makes a pop from the engine bay (I'm guessing it could be struggling to feed the radiator water), it then does this little pop and it runs fine.

I filled the radiator up properly - jacked up side of the car, filled it up, took cap of the breather/put it back on, let the car run with radiator cap off with funnel still in it, then turned car off, and topped the rest up.

The car is still running full boost and is lacking no power.

Does anyone have any other ideas?

Take it to a reputable workshop, given the only one in Perth I recommend is Tony Flood, and get a compression test. Make your decision from there, the rest is just speculation and crystal balls/bullshit (no offence intended...just meant guess work...)

Either water pump impeller has fallen off (only ever seen on vw, audi and alfa's though) and very unlikely.
Heater core is blocked, hoses kinked, not allowing thermostat to heat up to open.
Headgasket (you should have coolant spewing out when you are bleeding the cooling system though if this is gone)
Thermo fans not operating correctly.

When you bleed up the car did you hold the revs at 3000-3500 rpm till the thermo fans came on? you cant bleed a car properly at idle. Also, dont worry about jacking the car up. It will bleed on flat level ground easily.

Did this to mine when I changed all the coolant in my radiator due to top radiator hose starting to warp and bubble. Works perfectly.

sounds to me like the cooling system is not been bled, but i aint no mechanic. Might want to turn on your heater and fan to 2 position when bleeding the air out also.
