Default Disconnected wires under dash

Was busy doing the wiring for the new stereo this weekend, and noticed a couple of connectors under the dash that were'nt connected.

Just curious as to what they are for like this one in the driver's kick panel. Black wire and Black/Blue wire.

Thanks
Matt

I have two cables disconnected under my dash. When I plug them in my turbo stops working. Maybe thats what it is?

When they are plugged in and you turn the electrics on in your car do you here a ticking from the engine bay?
