Default Cusco Zero2e Coilovers - Thoughts wanted

Hey guys

I know Coilover threads have been done to death, however im after some real world comparisons between Cusco's and Teins.

Mainly Cusco Zero2e to suit an 05 STi.

Anyone currently have them, how do they compare to Teins, particuarly keep on hearing if you have Teins before and now run Cuscos.

Price is not really a factor between the two as i can get both for within 100 of each other landed give or take.

Cheers.

I had them in my 07 sti liberty. I used in the car valving control. They are firm no doubt, but on the softest setting its was a compliant ride and fairly quiet. I have no qualms in recommending them, and would suggest the in car controller. The harder settings will jolt your teeth loose. Good quality setup however.

I have them now

Very compliant ride, I`ve driven an 06 sti and it definately more harsh than the 02e on a softish setting...but that could just be the more luxo chassis and suspension set-up of the Liberty GT.

I would think the Cusco stuff would have to be better quality than the Tein...

I`m very happy with the set-up...does everything very well at the push of a button, what more could you want

yep, Justin have them in his car now. The quality of these are up there for off-the-shelf affordable coilovers, you won't be disappointed.

Any idea on what a set of these fitted with the controller for an 05 STI might be worth?
