Default Car alarm problem

I had a cyclone alarm installed about 5 years ago on my MY00 , windows go up when armed.. Now it doesnt arm or disarm, pretty much doesnt work.

Ive even changed the battery. Ive lost the manual when i moved houses and have no clue what to do.

Could anyone point me in to the right direction where i can get this problem resolved , some where NOR.

Thank you

J.
