Default Suspension mod

HI!

Looking for some opinions. I'm looking at some suspension and need some advice. Called Wilkinson's and they recommended White-lines but I hear that they are alot heavier than stock? King springs? Or look for STI springs?

Cheers in advance

Harry

A set of DMS coilovers from my old MY02 STi went straight onto a GC8 (MY00) so they should fit without drama.

If by heavier you mean in terms of Kg, it probably comes down to being of better construction and increased diameter of the spring. I wouldn't think it would make much of a difference. However if you mean something to do with spring rate then going with the advice given to you by trusted workshops such as Wilkinsons or Wheels World is the best thing you can do. Whiteline sell a lot of gear for a very good reson remember.

If it does havesomething to do with weight you should've brought a GC8

Spring rates look a little too soft for my liking. I'd be lookin to get 9kg/mm front and 7kg/mm rear. That will be low and perform very well too.

If you can swing the extra cash I'd be telling you to just go all out and install coilovers
