A quick spring question.
Yesterday had some Whiteline Flatout springs fitted to the car.
I was under the impression the car would drop approx 40mm but seems to have only lowered 30mm max. My question is will it take a couple of weeks for the springs to 'settle' and reduce the ride height that further 10mm or so? Cheers |

Yeah Daz, it'll settle down in a few weeks. A few hours if you waste half a tank of juice doing bog laps of the Coles car park LOL

It's probable they will settle...but to say how much it will settle is anybody's guess......it could be in the range 2 - 12 mm... possibly 5mm...
30 to 35mm drop is about optimal for best performance/ travel... |

yep I can confirm that you will get some more drop once they settle. I had flatouts on my old pig and reckon the drop was about 40mm after about a month.
