My plastic manifold had no TGVs but the US manifold DID, you will need to gut the TGVs (or leave them if you really want.. fuck that) because the plastic manifold ones do not fit the metal manifold. you also need teh full tmic kit with the cooler itself, y pipe and mounting brackets. you will probably also need to replace your turbo, my TD04HLA had a flanged compresser outlet which bolted directly to the top mount. You will also then need a different intake im assuming for the afm->turbo. once you have basically changed the top end of your motor you'll also need a retune
pffft.... sell the car and get a car thats already got a cast mani

oh yeah, expensive exercise. 4-600 for the manifold, 1k for a VF turbo, 1-800 for tmic depending on the model, plus the mounting brackets, then silicone intake or something similar, plus labour, plus some method of tuning your car, plus exhaust ...

not a simple swap!

jester, not going to bother at this stage.
Will play with this for a bit or maybe till it goes bang, then it will be cheaper to drop an engine with a cast manifold in..
