Would you get a Yellow from the cops for having more than 2" bigger than stock?

I though by Law you could only go 2" larger than the stock rims that came with the car.

Nothing wrong with Tempe's, as long as you don't mind having 500 grams of wheel weights installed on each rim just to get them to balance.
