OMG the Elephant turbo, great economical choice, it is capable of really good power...about 380hp?...stick to a max of 16psi and your not going to over stress anything. What boost have you planned to run for a daily? I recall you mentioned putting pins in to stabilise the bore, any more info on this process would be appreciated?
Reminder to assembler: Do not turn the new motor backwards with timing belt fitted. Tight EJ2X motors can jump a timing gear tooth and chernobyl.

Still with the EJ20 atm, put a powerfc with the new injectors and rebuilt heads (Still stock cams). The EJ22 should be going in soonish - within the next couple months - with maybe new cams, ported heads, valves and springs. Forged conrods and pistons are still in the EJ22.

I just bought an 05' STi engine and heads from Jamie (PigStiwagon), so that might go in as well. cant really decide!

OH, and the current set up is getting 220hp at the hubs @ 14psi. when the new engine goes in i'll be looking at a lot more maybe around ~19psi.

Where you on the cruise Chee?
