How much Kw's and torque would be gained from doin a tbe, cold air intake and a retune?? so i have a 08 wrx, 169kw and 320 Nm, if i did these mods what would i be lookin at.
also would it be worth while changing the intercooler or would factory be fine?

Maybe 160-170awkw with the TD04 at 17psi? Hard to tell all cars are slightly different depending on a lot of factors. You'd expect a good rise in torque being a 2.5L

Don't have to change the intercooler but you won't be able to push the tune as far without hone.

I would at least get one of the new age VF30+ series turbos and bolt that in before a reflash. These can be had cheap 2nd hand and will be bigger bang for the buck than an intercooler.
You are far better running a bigger turbo and not pushing it very hard, than ringing the neck out of a small TD04 on a 2.5ltr engine. The turbo outlet temps will be far less.

Having noticed you have a 08 WRX, try and find out if the intercooler is smaller or larger than the 07 WRX and previous models. That may be the decider.

Hobbs switch and waterspray using another pump tapped into the standard windscreen bottle would be cheap as well.

thanks for the feed back guys,I think im only looking at doing minor mods,
didnt wanna start replacing engine parts, cause if i did replace the turbo, wouldnt i have to change other parts to keep up eg. fuel pump , injectors?
just looking for small power upgrade nothing huge, thats why i was looking at tbe, cold air, retune. Or you sayin with those mods it will wear my engine and turbo out really quick?
