tyre width
Im sure this has been answered but search didnt bring me anything. for my model.
currently i have 8inch wide rim in a 19, Any body know if 8.5 would fit, Rear guards are already rolled for the current rims. just wondering if 8.5 would sneak in there with out any further modification |

ah ok well yeah not sure until i select a rim i guess.
is there a common offset that most rims have and is there an offset that would be recomended to have 8.5 inch rim on the car. |

offset depends on the rim design aswell.

I have 18x8.5 s204 wheels, they are 53 offset and sit nicely in the guards with 245/40's.

In an 18, i cant see why a 8.5, +45 would be an issue. Guard rolling would be all thats necessary, but youve done that, so should be sweet. If anything, maybe just smash in a bit of camber to fix.
