Default GC8 Fuel Lines 94-00 Conversion

Hey all,

Just bought 98-00 Fuel Rails, lines and injectors for my 94 WRX. Just took the intake manifold off and everything is different. It looks like you have to put the rails on upside down to get it in the generally correct area! Also, my injectors are a lot longer than the new 00 injectors.

Are the Intake manifolds different on the older gc8s? Is it possible to do the conversion I want to do with my current set up?

Help please!
Geoff

sounds like you have 99-00 rails, lines and injectors. In 99 they changed the heads and inlet as well as changing from top feed to side feed injectors. Not sure if there is an easy way to make it work.

everything is different.

you cant bolt a 99-00 intake manifold onto your heads due to different designs.

you can afaik bolt on a my98 intake manifold.

did you want to run 440's? just try and find some yellow tops from a v3-v4 sti.

i remember reading somewhere that you can fit the my99-00 yellow tops into the my94+ rails, but you need to use an extra o-ring or something.
