Default Help please.

Hi all,

Fitting a 'H' brace to my GC8.

Just wondering where under the car do I attach the brace?

Thanks for your advice,

Daren

I installed one the other day... freaking cross threaded two bolts. :-(

Just look under the car and line it up in different places and see where it will fit. it will only fit in one place. :-)

And more often than not, they fail!

Daz, if it's an ULTREX one, or of similar design, it can only go in one place. I'm having server issues here and satelite internet is causing photo upload failz so can't be of much help. But yeah, lie on your back under the jacked up car (with axle stands of course) hold the brace above your face one way and move it around to see if any holes/bolts line up, if they dont, spin it around and try again.

I already have a reputation at Channar for being cheeky That, and being a kick ass MT4400 steering wheel attendant.

Anyway the brace goes here http://www.iwsti.com/forums/how-inst...e-install.html

Seriously, doesn't anyone google anymore?

I just ignored the initial comment, did have a chuckle though.

Thanks for the link, the pic in link will definitely help.

Would goggle but would prefer gaining local knowledge
