Unless the pipework was built accordingly, 'most' fmic systems don't leave you much option.

GD uses the oem intake, but you can get a prova CF if you really want the bling.

i bought one of those apexi panel filters from wei for my evo 6, i found no performance increase over the stock paper filter

but it will last 10 times longer, just take it out and give it a shake & vacuum the dirty side once a year

found the how to for removing it. have heard it effects your fuel consumption pretty hard?

Have you got a link?
Phizzle did say it may release a few "killwasps" so I imagine fuel consumption would go up, but who knows how much.

If it does hit hard, maybe it's not worth it for the amount you get out?

Cheers, might give this a whirl.
If you read some of the posts, a couple of them said they actually had improved economy (???)
