Default TMIC Tech

Hi everyone,

YES I've searched but couldn’t get the exact answer I was after

Basically, I was contemplating possibly going back to a TMIC, to pick up a bit more response... now what I want to know is, are any of the aftermarket offerings as good as the STi Spec C TMIC?

Also, will any TMIC available support my target of 350-370hp at the hubs (running between 1.6-1.8 bar of boost), or am I wasting my time?

sti tmic is the best $ for hp out there, no other tube and fin cooler matches up for density and build quality.

Just as I thought..

Do 08 STi coolers bolt straight on, or do I have to start hacking shit up to get it to fit?

Probably have to hack to fit 08 cooler - also, your scoop opening will be too small for the core area.

The 08 TMIC's are wider & shorter so most likely a hack job.

Here is a comparison
