Default ej20g swap problem

I have a '96 Impreza wagon , i have swapped in a 94 WRX EJ20G turbo motor and gearbox, I replaced everything from the front seats forward, all the wiring, Dash , heater and everything.

the car starts and runs mint.

i have turn signals,
Head lights
tail lights
dash warning lights
hazard lights
Interior Light (On Roof)
the heater, fan , aircon all work.

i have a bumper with spotlights and they don't work.

i have replaced the wiring with everything that came in the front cut, but the spot lights don't seem to work.

more to the point. the spotlight switch on the dash lights up and works but the Corner park lights come on with the switch is on.

also i have no Dash lights on either the dash or the heater/fan control. but i do have a interior light.

what could i have done wrong.

I have checked and re checked the wiring for the last 3 days. Has anyone had this issue before.?

Please help.

Regards

ok thanks for that.

Yep they all work.

it's not a fuse because i'm no Subaru Mechanic but i'm pretty sure that the spot lights are ment to go on when the spot light switch is pressed. If nothing happened then yes it could be a fuse or even a relay. but the fact that it is turning on the park lights means that it's working just not the way it's ment too.

swap the wires between the fog lights and park lights. in some models they share identical plugs.

ok, i'll try that but if that was the case. wouldn't the Spot lights come on when i turned the headlight switch on?

because the headlight switch works as it should first click Park lights, second low beam and the high beam works too.

Is there a switch on top of the steering column? Should be, try flicking that on/off and see if anythin lights up. If your fog lights come on there would have to be something that needs swapping around

Yeah there is a switch there,

No it doesn't light up the fog lights only the park lights.

Everything works like it should apart from the fog lights don't light up th epark lights do and there is no dash lights

i thought i had the wrong relay plugged in but tried swapping every single one, but still the same issue

i was kind of wishing this had happened to someone else, to get a fix as i've tried just about everything.

i'm not a subaru mechanic but i am motorcycle one..
