Can someone please tell me whether the ugly betty's in particular an 08 sti came with the Brandt alarm.

No They removed the Brant from the 08/09 WRX and WRX STI's

pretty sure when i looked into getting a betty sti was told the keypad was still an option though, didnt ask about the brand.
