Default Boost issues - again (CEL Code?)

After my bleed valve stuffed up I put the standard boost setup back.

Line from turbo to actuator, T peice from this line to the boost solenoid.

Only runs 8 psi.

I connected the two black plugs under the dash, and the boost solenoid seems to click when in diagnosis mode, so it seems to be working.

The CEL light flashes twice slowly, then three times fast, then twice slowly, then four times fast, then twice slowly, then three times fast, and repeats itself so on.

CAn anyone shed any light?

when i had my venting BOV, the piston type, crap/dust got into it and made it stick
and the car never boosted past 10psi
had some lub sprayed on it and cleaned it, and back to normal

no CEL though

The first CEL Code 23 is Mass Air Flow Sensor. I recently had the same cel code and my car would only boost up to 8psi - replaced the air flow sensor and all is sweet. I have a MY99

Cel Code 24 is Idle Air Control - i believe your BOV might be responsible for this - not sure though.

Maybe borrow a working air flow sensor and try that - have you cleared the codes and tried again??
