Maybe with a really quick ramp rate - i guess the bottom of that dynapack printout isn't included. So maybe that's what they did. You can usually tell if there's a massive difference between the baseline and the modified curves at low RPM/load .. but that looks legit.

Doesn't rule out photoshop

And the air temp compensation seems to make a difference as well. I know it fell down off its mounting position when my car was on the hub dyno and power spiked ot over 300hp ATH.
