you car will be fine
we get bulk customers who come in..treat there rex's like dirt and fills up with the cheapest petrol around (united or gull for instance) if anything you'll chew up more plus why fill up the car with only 20ltrs :P if you used 98, im sure you wouldnt get much at all |

subaru fuel tanks cannot be syphoned, there is a one-way valve leading to the fuel tank.
dont quote me on this though, i may be wrong! just drive off-boost etc, you shouldnt damage anything. start thrashing again after 1-2 fill ups |

ok, so i filled her all the way up with 98. drove about 60km today. seems allright, better than it was when just on unleaded. Now on gear change it makes a "squirt" noise compared to the small "flutter" it was doing before filling up the unleaded. Im driving off boost (not going over 0 on the guage). Any ideas?

I think ya stressing for nothing to be honest. just use up the fuel and refill you will be sweet. I wouldnt worry hey. you have 98 mixed in there now.
