Last time mine blew and I was in a bind on a Sunday, Repco actually had the part to replace it. Any hose from any Impreza pre 2001 will fit.
Otherwise on Monday, Subaru or RMS would be the best place to go.

this is a fairly common failure on gc8s as they get older.
I would recommend checking the lower hose and heater/auxilary hoses, replace any damaged hoses and change the coolant. Doing this should give you peace of mind for a few years to come
