So guys can I still drive it? Will it hurt the car?

If it is the cat in the up pipe that is failing you will want to deal with that fairly soon as if a chunk comes loose it will likely go through the turbo and do some damage. Replace it with a pipe without the cat. The earlier models and later models didn't have them so just look for a stock one without it.
