Smile Happy Days

I got an exhaust, ecutek tune and a process west intercooler today all done by Maximum Motorsports and i have to admit it's great.
It really opens up the car and has a nice note(hope the wife likes it)
It still drives like a standard car until you open her up a bit and it keeps pulling hard.VERY IMPRESSED.

Woody.

Thanks guys its a 09 and 203kw at wheels @429nm of torque.Hopefully the rumble of the new exhaust may quieten after a while but it feels good.
Hopefully their dyno is acurate but i know there are plenty of discrepencies.

Hi woody,

After all is said and done, it is just a number. The proof is not only in the new found driveability you now have, but the ever present "bum dyno". Only a trip down the drag strip will tell in elapsed time and trap speed. The most important thing is that you are happy with the thousands you have just spent. Happy motoring from now on

Cheers, Phil

P.S 429Nm of torque sounds like the bomb

I'm assuming its a 09 STI and not a WRX?

203kW and 429Nm is very nice Combo there.

I doubt the exhaust is going to quieten down after a while so get use to the Boxer Rumble :P

Not necessarily! Have a look at MY99's dyno graph from an MY06 WRX, similar results

If it's a Butler system mine quietened down quite a lot after a couple of weeks, lost the tinny sound and got deeper and quieter.
