just wondering if anyone has heard of a ej20 convo into a sierra

also been wondering if the engine convo is possible then would a whole drivetrain conversion be possible (obviously with shortened tailshaft to suit swb) if its all possible i might think about keeping the sierra and sourcing a cheap older model wrx or even just a N/A impreza for the parts because i think it would be an interesting build...or maybe even a foz convo with the hi/lo range transfer case...

just throwing some ideas out there haha

The EJ is a wide motor, it probably won't fit between the chassis rails.

surely you could lean it over a little, slant EJ20.

the sierras engine bay is quite big, ive heard of rover v8's and commodore 6's being thrown into them but these still would be a bit skinnier than the boxer engine...has anyone got any dimensions they could throw up of the boxer engine and ill try to compare with the sierras bay...sump clearance is NOT an issue :P
