Check the bearing retaining nut...if loose can cause the bearing to move thus putting pressure on the studs. Also make sure the centre of the wheel is located on the hub with a locating ring. Make sure there is enough stud depth to take the nuts comfortably. Torque nuts to 65 ft/lb.
