03 sti exhaust cell fix.

were can i buy a "check engine light cell fix" thing...for an 03 sti.

and are they the type of thing you can buy off the shelf?
and is it a DIY job?

its a resistor mod. 2.2 kohm resitor wired into the bottom 02 sensor.

i have the same problem...read a few threads below
