Haha, I just figure that they're all part of Coffin Cheaters/Bandido's/name that gang, running illicit substance and obscene amounts of money around the place, and offering the fuzz kickbacks to let them seamlessly conduct their 'business'...

And the po-po probably thinking they will shot in the face roadside if they were to pull them over... lol.

All new Harley's are < 80dba (as are all new vehicles).

Any Post vintage vehicle can have open pipes, ADR's didn't exist to any real extent back then......You don't even need seat belts in Pre-1970 built vehicles.
My point exactly...Harleys are even louder than some trucks...i think this is another law that was not well thought out...
Yes but are they legal?

I hear lots of cars that are well over the legal limit daily. Just because you hear it, doesn't mean it is legal.

For the guys that wanted to know -

Mettams in Morley will do a 3" Cat-Back > 4.5" Varex Tip for $650 installed

I've got one on my MY06 STI

If you want to hear it I've uploaded a vid on Utube with externals and interal sound.

Pros are obviously, Cons however, the bastard keeps seizing up, have to take the muffler off at least once a fortnight to free up the valve. Now I've just give up and left it full open, might as well have bought a normal cannon.

Nice comparison. Interesting to hear about the valve getting stuck.
Take your rego sticker off.

I read on other threads that people reported the valve getting stuck. That would be fairly annoying.

Where did you take your wiring to? The battery or the cigarette lighter?
