Default grief in third gear :(

hey guys need your help, i had a search but couldn't find anything on the problem i'm having. after owning my first rex for about a week now, still having a lot of fun with it , i've encountered a problem which has occured twice now. Basically, i've put my foot down in third, all good till about 4,500 revs and it gave me quite a violent jerk, scared the crap out of me lol, any help would be appreciated, thanks guys
edit: sorry forgot to metion the car is stock other than exhaust

Does it have a bleed valve controlling boost? Take a pic of the engine bay. Post them up. A few of near the turbo.

Looks stock to me .. Inspect the lines for splits/cuts. I had this issue on my car a while back. Was caused by the TMIC rubbing and cutting one of the wastegate lines.

If unsure take it to one of the workshops listed on the forum.

Clean out the wastegate lines as well. When they do build up with grease it tends to make the waste gate less responsive and can lead to overboosting.
