Default Basic service?

I'm looking to find out what is recommended for a general service on a '99 MY00 WRX. I'm quite used to working on cars so the mechanical side is not the issue. It's just the in's and out's of the rex that I'm not familiar with.

Being South of the river, most of the Perth-WRX recommended workshops seem to be north....Should I be headed somewhere south?

The service interval is 188,000km. The one before the major t/belt etc.

What would you recommend cleaning, replacing at this point?

The basics from the manual suggest Oil / Oil filter and that's pretty much it.
The car seems to be running fine although there is a slight and very occasional hesitation under full throttle.

Cheers

ive delt with Cypher Industries a few times, not for a service though. Was very happy with their quality of work. They are located in O'connor. May be worth having a chat to them http://cypherindustries.com.au/

You would be getting an interval 1 service

-oil
-filter
-good check over
-cleaning the throttle body with genuwine upper engine cleaner

and replace whatever is needed. ie brakes, pully belts, clutch fluid, brake fluid..list goes on

Your best option, especially if you're South of the River!
