Hi All

Looking at an MY06 Sti yesterday. I thought that the Sti range had a small plate with the build number on it, ie 1 of 400.

If there is one on the MY06, where would I find it?

Would it be on the engine cover?

I've never seen a limited edition build number plate on a GD STi.. they just aren't that "limited".

Also, there is no engine cover on an STi.

But for the betty 'as I just wouldn't know', but did any Impreza come with an engine cover?

Mostly only JDM GD STi models came with LTD Build #'s and some UK models did too

If its a stock standard 2006 STI then its not going to have a plate with its number as there was no limited number of them built.

the solberg editions were only wrx's weren't they?

Only adm sti's to get a built number were the version 6 gc8's. The 2 doors never got them either.

The only numbers the GD's were limited to were how many they could sell.

The ADM spec STi limited edition S20-SC were numbered.

Its not a limited edition etc, so that would explain it then.
